The beachfront access felt AMAZING! Waking up every morning to breathtaking views from the private balcony set the tone for relaxation. Conversations with the family running the place made my stay enjoyable. I really appreciated the warm hospitality, especially during meal times when they offered homemade options. However, the experience wasn’t without its issues. The bed was old and uncomfortable, making it tough to sleep well. The shared kitchen could have been cleaner, and the shower lacked consistent water pressure. The surrounding area was scattered with rocks and debris, limiting swimming options. Overall, Casa Kayab is a charming spot for those seeking solitude, but the facilities need some upkeep.

Beautiful private balcony views enhance the stay.
Our experience at Casa Kayab was overshadowed by ongoing issues. The room had an outdated and rather uncomfortable mattress that made sleep difficult. Additionally, the shower barely offered any pressure and was frustrating to use, which added to an overall feeling of neglect.

This place is magical! I felt like part of the family with Juan and Ana. Waking up to fine sunrises from my balcony was very nice, and the atmosphere was peaceful and serene. Plus, their cat, Moon, became my best buddy! 🌊

Road to the hotel is a disaster with large potholes that make driving stressful!!! The shower barely provides any water pressure, making it a frustrating experience!!! Beach access is limited due to rocky terrain everywhere!!!

Casa Kayab offers breathtaking views from the private balcony, but access to the beach is difficult due to rocks. Great activities like snorkeling and fishing nearby make it worthwhile.

Perfect place for couples wanting peace
It was lovely to step out and straight onto the sand every morning and you know what? We got to enjoy some amazing homemade meals cooked by our hosts who were super kind. The breeze with the windows open.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but that's fine for the experience we got.

The warm hospitality of the family made for a truly memorable experience, while the views from the double room's private balcony were breathtaking, especially during sunrise. Artisan bread served at breakfast was a delightful touch, enhancing the overall stay. However, the beach was less than ideal for swimming, with rocks and debris present, and the remoteness made access to dining options challenging. Additionally, the mattress needed an upgrade, affecting overall comfort during the night.

A Peaceful Beach Retreat
Our stay was a perfect escape! Waking up to sunrises from our balcony felt magical. The hosts were incredibly friendly, providing delicious meals when we requested. Don't forget to bring snacks, as the remoteness means limited dining options nearby. Ideal for couples seeking solitude!
